Justyce Schilz January 3, 2017 Language Arts Junk food V.S Healthy food If people had a choice between junk food and healthy food which one would they choose? Most people will most likely choose junk food. People will not choose healthy food as much as they will choose junk food. They may think they are eating healthy food but they might not because they may think a bag of chips is healthy but it is not. There are lots of different types of junk food and healthy food but people have to know whether they are eating healthy or whether they are eating junk food. Healthy food and junk food do not have a lot in common. If people eat healthy and junk food they probably need to eat more healthy food than junk food. It is ok to eat both types of food. People just have to watch what they eat more of. People could be eating healthy and junk food at the same time and think it is healthy. If people have celery and then stick easy cheese on it then it is not as healthy now because of all the stuff that is in the easy cheese. Healthy food is better for people than junk food. It is healthier because people are eating fruits, vegetables, and lots more. Healthy food will help give people the energy they need. About 75% of Americans claim that they have a good or great diet. Most people who eat healthy food have enough energy to work for the whole day and be fine without a lot of food. Even if they just eat an orange or a carrot they are eating healthy. Junk food is bad for people. Lots of people eat junk food and may think it is healthy. Junk food is like a bag of chips, candy, or some freezer items. If people eat junk then just sit around all day they may become overweight. 34% of youth eat fast food daily which is not good for you. Eating junk food in the morning does not set people up for a good day. People need to have a nutritional breakfast to set them up for a good day. Eating a little junk is not as bad as eating it all the time. In conclusion, junk food is not the best thing for you. Healthy food is better than junk food. If people eat more healthy food than junk food they will have more energy. If people eat more junk food than healthy food they are not going too have as much energy. Make sure to eat better and make sure to not just eat junk food. Make sure that you set yourself up for a good day by eating a nice nutritional breakfast.

~ I have learned how to format a persuasive paper and how to right a persuasive paper. 2. Identify a challenge you faced while writing this paper (this can be at any stage of the writing process). How did you overcome the challenge? What did you learn? ~ A challenge that I faced was that I did not really know how to write a persuasive paper. I made sure I asked for help and made it better. I learned how to write a persuasive paper. 3. What genre does this paper fit? How do you know? ~ This paper is a persuasive paper. It is trying to persuade you to eat healthy food. 4. Give more time to work on this paper, how would you improve it? ~ I would make sure that I get into more details about the paper and explain things more. 5. Why did you choose to include this paper? What do you want me to learn about you as a writer? ~ I chose to include this paper because I was proud of it. There is probably still some mistakes in the paper but I am proud because I feel like it was a good paper.
